This year has completely flown by, it's hard to believe that it is already Thanksgiving!  By the way, I hope you like our new website, it is one of the many projects DDM has been working on this year.  Speaking of projects, now is a perfect time to come to downtown Middlesboro and check out all that we are working on!  This year has been a busy one for our organization, and we are excited to have made some progress in a number of different areas.  A perfect time to come and check out our downtown, would be on Saturday, December 5th at 2:00 for DDM's Annual Christmas Parade!  It will be a great time for the entire family, and make sure to do some shopping while you are there!  Stay until dark to see all of the Christmas lights in the downtown businesses!  Speaking of Christmas lights, the DDM Christmas Tree Lighting was a great hit!  We had over 150 people there singing carols, listening to the Christmas Story and Twas the Night Before Christmas, and of course, counting down to the lighting of four Christmas Trees on Fountain Square!    It was a wonderful night and we hope to have that same enthusiasm for the parade!  Check out photos from the Tree Lighting on our Photo Tab on this website!
